Yes, we did an rebrand and the amazing thing is bouleau is same as bulo. Bulo is the pronunciation for Bouleau- which means birch in french. We started with Bouleau Toys and thought Bulo would be easier to remember and say :) and welllllll we like the look of it too.

All of our products are made in USA. We source natural unfinished lumber within USA. Most of the items are made in house but if we can't make it we mom friends that make some of our products like the wooden stackers. :) We handprint all of the wooden items.

We work our hardest to get the orders out as soon as possible. Personalized items can take up to 14 days to make ( depends on time of year- like around the holidays). If you are in a rush to place an order make sure to email us and we might be able to expedite your order. :)

Currently, all toys are dsigned for children over the age of 3 to prevent chocking hazards. We do plan to expand into the baby side in the near future.

Yes, if you would like a set and would like in a different color or different sizes just let us know. In regard to color we will do are best to do any color request but keep in mind that the paint is plant based so not all colors are possible to make.

Each piece of wood has different grains which absorb the paint differently when hand painted making each piece one of a kind. :)

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We process and ship fast, typically within the same business day during business hours. Your order will begin to process once you receive your order confirmation by email. If you request to cancel your order more than 24 hours after it is placed we are unable to cancel the order. As soon as your product is made. We do our best to ship it out within 1 business day. Normally we shit priority mail which means your package will arrive within 3 days. However sometimes the post office can take longer which is out of our control.

Due to sanitary reasons we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges on our toys.

If an item is defective due to the craftsmanship a replacement will be sent out. You may be responsible for returning the original item.

Our hand-made is plant based paint is TOP 14 ALLERGEN FREE and mostly food grade and derived from nature. Also vegan and Free from: GLUTEN, FISH, CELERY, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, WHEAT, CRUSTACEANS, MUSTARD, LUPINS, NUTS , MOLLUSCS, SESAME, POTATO STARCH, EGG, SOY, MILK. All paint is CPSIA certified. Our paint is high quality and environmentally responsible. So it is super safe for your little ones :)

Each toy is sealed with organic jojoba oil and beeswax. This a very natural way of sealing wood it is also great for your skin.. leaving it super soft :).

If you would like for yours toys to be sealed we use beeswax as it is the most natural to prevent the paint to bleed. We can skip the beeswax sealant if there are any worries of allergies. Just let us know! Please note without a sealer the paint may bleed a tiny bit if tou get water on it.
